Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms
Payment in full is due immediately upon receipt of this invoice, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Top Tier Plumbing Services (“the Company”).

Accepted Forms of Payment
The Company accepts payment by cash, check, or credit/debit card. Please include the invoice number with all check payments in the memo area to ensure proper application to your account.

Late Payment and Interest Charges
Any invoice remaining unpaid 15 calendar days after the invoice date shall incur a late payment fee of forty dollars ($40.00).

Any invoice remaining unpaid 30 calendar days after the invoice date shall incur an additional late payment fee of eighty dollars ($80.00), for a total of one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) in late fees.

The Company reserves the right to assess additional interest, collection costs, or legal fees on overdue balances as permitted by applicable law.

Returned or Failed Payments
Payments returned due to insufficient funds, closed accounts, or any other reason shall be subject to a processing fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00). Replacement payment must be remitted immediately.

Disputed Charges
Any dispute or question concerning an invoice must be submitted to the Company in writing within three (3) days of the invoice date. Failure to provide written notice within this period shall constitute acceptance of the invoice as accurate and due in full.

Ownership of Materials
All materials, equipment, and parts supplied or installed by the Company shall remain the property of Top Tier Plumbing Services until payment in full has been received. The Company reserves the right to remove such materials in the event of nonpayment, subject to applicable laws.

Suspension of Services and Collections
The Company reserves the right to suspend ongoing or future services until all outstanding balances are paid in full. Unpaid accounts may be referred to a collection agency or legal counsel, with the customer responsible for any resulting fees and costs.

Warranty Exclusions
The Company’s warranty does not cover damage caused by weather conditions (including, but not limited to, ice, snow, freezing, wind, or rain), or by homeowner negligence, misuse, or failure to properly maintain the product as recommended.

Acceptance of Terms
By accepting services or materials from Top Tier Plumbing Services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
